David Morley

David is focused on infrastructure partnerships with the public sector as national government relations lead for Pomerleau. This involves advocacy with governments and industry stakeholders for investment in infrastructure, housing and renewables.

David’s 20 year track-record in the public sector includes senior leadership roles with the Canada Infrastructure Bank and Infrastructure Ontario where he was responsible for corporate affairs, policy, communications and industry relations.

David is also active in industry initiatives such as with the Canadian Construction Association and Future Infrastructure Group, and also serves as Skills Ontario’s Board Chair.

David has a master’s degree in public administration and received public service performance awards from federal and provincial governments. He participated in leadership programs sponsored by the US State Department and UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the 2017 Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference.
