Alain Harvey is this year’s Skills/Compétences Canada Volunteer Achievement Award recipient. He is an instructor at le Centre de formation horticole de Laval. Harvey is the National Technical Committee representative for Québec in Landscape Gardening and has been the WorldSkills Team Canada Expert in his Skill Area since 2020. 

 He has made outstanding contributions to the Skills Canada National Competition 2024 and to WorldSkills Team Canada 2024.
