Congratulations to Colton Lawrence, of Ontario, for winning the Dave Smith Achievement Award. This $2,500 award is presented to the Post-Secondary gold medalist in the Car Painting Skill Area at SCNC2024 by AkzoNobel. 

AkzoNobel continues to honor industry leader Dave Smith after his passing with the Dave Smith Achievement Award, which was introduced in 2019. Smith began his career with AkzoNobel in 1993. Over his 25 years with the company, he played key roles throughout the North American Automotive & Specialty Coatings sales organization, distribution network and collision repair businesses.
